Unfortunately, we do not provide warranty replacement cables directly. However, we do cover the cost of replacement.

We've found that shipping single cables often comes at exorbitant import and / or shipping costs and delays (depending on the region), so it is often best if the customer purchases from a local vendor (or Amazon). You can pick up a dual USB-C cable here: Amazon Dual USB-C cable.

From there, we can refund $10 to your order. Just send us an email with your order at [email protected] and we'll submit a refund request on your behalf.
