How often can I do BFR training?Updated 2 months ago

In general, you can train under BFR as often as you can recover from it. 2 - 3 sessions per week works well for most people, depending on the goal. Remember, SAGA cannot offer medical advice, so please consult with your physical therapist or doctor before engaging in BFR training!
