My BFR Cuffs aren’t discoverable on the pairing screen.Updated 2 months ago

If your cuffs aren't displaying as options to connect to within the SAGA app, see below:

  • Ensure the cuffs are powered on and charged
  • Ensure the cuffs are not "locked" to another device. If the BFR Cuffs have been used with another device, they will be “locked” to that device, meaning they will not pair with another smart device when the original device is still within close proximity. To allow the BFR Cuffs to be used with a new smart device, please turn the cuffs on, open the SAGA app on the original device, and press "Forget & Disconnect". You should now be free to connect on the new device.
