There is a white screen while trying to open the app

If you're experiencing a white screen while trying to open the app, this error is caused by Cookies being disabled. To resolve, you will need to make sure cookies are enabled on your device.

Do the cuffs require WiFi and Bluetooth to operate?

The cuffs can be used entirely without WiFi - no feature of the app or cuffs requires WiFi to operate. However, the cuffs do require Bluetooth connectivity to connect to the app and function properly.

Can you control multiple pairs of cuffs from one device?

Currently, you cannot control multiple pairs of cuffs from one device simultaneously. This feature is on our roadmap, but we do not have a confirmed release date yet.

Does the app provide workouts or workout programs?

There are not currently in-app workouts available. This is a feature we are building out and hope to release in the near future.
